You know that kind of cooking your grandma makes, the kind that hugs you and gives you comfort?! This soup is all that and delicious. Ingredients 500g of beef chuck or brisket, cut into medium cubes 1 link of Portuguese sausage, sliced ​​into 2-finger-width rounds 2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes 1 large carrot, cut into medium cubes 1 chayote squash, cut into medium cubes 1 sweet potato, cut into medium cubes 250g of pumpkin, cut into large cubes 1 kale leaf, chopped or coarsely chopped 1 1/2 cups of soup pasta (small, shell, or ring pasta) 1 tablespoon of paprika 1 tablespoon of turmeric 3 tablespoons of chimichurri sauce 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil Salt Ground black pepper 2 gallons of boiling water Preparation Method Boil 2 liters of water and set aside. In a large pressure cooker, heat the olive oil or vegetable oil and brown the meat cubes in batches. Brown them and set aside. Once all the meat is browned, return it to the pot and add the sausage, chimichurri, paprika, saffron, salt, ground pepper to taste, tomato paste, and mix everything together. Cover with boiling water until it's about three fingers above the meat. Close the pressure cooker and bring to a boil over high heat until it whistles. Reduce the heat and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally. Open the pressure cooker, remove the meat and sausage and set them aside in a bowl. Add the potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, chayote squash, and pumpkin. Close the lid and bring to a boil over high heat until it whistles. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release. Open the pressure cooker, turn the heat back to high, and add the pasta, mixing everything gently. If necessary, add a little more boiling water if there isn't enough liquid. Let the pasta cook until it reaches your desired doneness. Lower the heat, return the meat and sausage, taste for salt, add the kale and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve. #temperodododi #easyrecipe #uncomplicatedrecipe
