Il segreto del benessere emotivo. Scopri come aumentarlo
The secret to emotional well-being. Find out how to improve it We all want to feel good, and everyone seeks strategies to improve their emotional well-being. But where do we start? What are the steps to assess our emotional state? Paying attention to our emotions and understanding how to assess our emotional state is crucial. Emotional well-being isn't about being happy all the time, but about knowing how to effectively manage the different emotions we experience. To assess emotional well-being, we can start by identifying the emotions we experience and rating their intensity from 1 to 10 in specific situations. For example, we can assess different situations, such as frustration, conflict, and the denial of gratification, and the emotions experienced in these contexts. It's important to be honest with ourselves when assessing our emotional well-being and be aware that high levels of negative emotions may require work to manage and improve. But what are the symptoms of emotional distress to watch out for? First, dichotomous thinking, the tendency to view situations in a polarized way, with the need to prove oneself right or to view others as enemies. This can generate reactivity and tension in interpersonal relationships. Second, catastrophic thinking, which consists of the tendency to imagine negative and catastrophic scenarios even in minor situations. This type of thinking can fuel constant anxiety and worry. Furthermore, personalization, the tendency to personalize situations and events, as if the world revolved around us. Finally, the difficulty in managing second-level emotions, those generated by the mind, reflecting on the situations that trigger these emotions and recording when they occur. This allows us to work on understanding the situations and associated thoughts, thus modifying our perception and emotional reactions. The goal is to develop better emotional management. What can we do? Observe and recognize our emotions, experience them without fear, and stop judging them. Check the situations that trigger your emotions and assess the intensity of symptoms like anger, fear, or sadness. Practice meditation to observe and recognize your thoughts, without trying to silence your mind. These are just a few examples of strategies you can use to start working with your emotions and increase your emotional well-being. #antonioquaglietta #psychology #wellbeing ============================================ Subscribe to the channel: / @antonioquaglietta Visit my website: https://www.relazioniamoci.it/ Subscribe to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/results?searc...
