Crostata al cioccolato con mele e mandorle

Ingredients for the pumpkin jam: • 200g pumpkin • 80g sugar • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon • Grated zest of half an organic orange Dice the pumpkin, add the sugar, and let it sit for a few hours. I leave it overnight. Then place it on the stove, along with the cinnamon and grated zest of the organic orange, over medium heat. Stir frequently; in 20-30 minutes, the pumpkin will have completely broken down and the jam is practically ready. If you prefer a thicker jam, simply cook it for a few more minutes.
