Yin Yoga for Equanimity

This 20 minute yin yoga practice works with Spleen and Stomach meridians and is, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine associated with Earth Element and late summer or Harvest season. When these energy channels of the body are out of balance, one can be needy, over protective and ungrounded.
