Dans la vidéo d'aujourd'hui nous allons réaliser des Pastels à la viande de boeuf, recette gouteuse et fondante! les ingredients pour la réalisation de la recette: Pour la farce: 500 g de viande de boeuf hachée 1 grosse carotte 2 tiges de celeri 1 grosse pommes de terre ou 2 moyennes 6 tiges de haricot vert 1/2 courgette 1 oignon 5 gousses d'ail piment( optionel) basilic 2 tiges d'oignon vert Poivre blanc Sel Huile végetale Pour la Pâte: 700 g de farine 400 g de beurre non salé 18 g de sel 320 ml d'eau à temperature ambiente Un oeuf pour la dorure! J'ai utilisé un rouleau à pâtisserie, un emporte piece, un coupe pate et un moule pour Pastels.
