VLOG 12 - Materuni Coffee Village Tour, Our Final Hours In Africa {AFRICA}

Day 12 Materuni Village All good things come to an end, and I'll forever remember this awesome 40th birthday milestone. The first half of the day was spent riding in the van and getting some of the administrative stuff out of the way. We spent the remainder of the day at Materuni Village learning about coffee. But before we could do that, we had a short HIKE to the waterfall! Yes! A HIKE! lol. You could literally hear our collective groans when the guide said the word "hike" right after introducing us to the village. Once we made it back from the hike, we sat down for lunch and then took a short tour of the plantation to learn how coffee beans are harvested and turned into the coffee we know and love. Overall, it was a fantastic tour. The guide and his crew were absolutely amazing and so much fun, especially during the singing and pounding of the coffee beans! Again, a huge thanks to Marakuo Tours for delivering such an incredible experience once again. See you soon!
