Day 16 Bali I saved the most thrilling adventure for my very last morning in Bali! Bright and early, I headed north to go canyoning through the spectacular, roaring cascades of the Gitgit waterfalls with the team at Adventure & Spirit. Plunging through the icy mountain torrents was an absolute rush, but our timeline was razor-thin. I was incredibly fortunate to have booked a private tour—otherwise, there is absolutely no way I would have made it back down south in time for my 4:00 PM flight to Hong Kong.
