La casa perfetta per una famiglia che ama l'agricoltura - FL Architetti
Amilu Farm - FL Architetti Nestled in the hills of Gassino Torinese, this modern villa with biodynamic farm represents a perfect balance between tradition and architectural innovation. The project was born from the desire to create a residence that blends harmoniously with the landscape, reflecting the owners' passion for regenerative organic agriculture. The design of the building is inspired by the original structure of a Piedmontese farmhouse from the 1930s, reinterpreting it with modern lines and contemporary materials. The exterior of the villa combines the brick curtain, used in a staggered way to create plays of light thanks to the insertion of glass, with an extension in exposed concrete that projects towards the valley, offering a breathtaking view. The composition recalls the traditional idea of the farmyard, integrating it with innovative architectural elements. The use of stone, wood and concrete, both inside and outside, creates continuity between the spaces, while the warm tones and material details give a welcoming and refined atmosphere. The interiors are designed to offer unique experiences of light and comfort at any time of the day. At the center of the house is a large double-height living room that opens onto the farmyard and the large deck with swimming pool. The convivial spaces extend to the kitchen, located in the body cantilevered towards the valley, emphasizing the connection with the landscape. The owners' sleeping area, located in a modern and private volume, includes a spa and a wellness area, while the original spaces of the farmhouse are dedicated to a bed and breakfast and the private life of the children, with the possibility of future conversion to accommodate guests of the farm. The bio-pool, a central element of the project, uses a natural filtration system based on lava lapilli, offering an experience similar to bathing in a lake or a river. A modular platform allows you to adjust the depth, adapting it to the needs of children and adults. The large windows and the layout of the interior spaces guarantee continuous interaction with the surrounding nature, transforming every season and every hour of the day into a moment of discovery and emotion. This architectural project, designed by FL Architetti, masterfully combines functionality, aesthetics and sustainability, creating a residence that celebrates the territory and offers a unique living experience.
