Let's strengthen the shoulders, triceps and biceps in this 15 minute upper body workout! I recommend in this workout to grab a set or two of weights to help us build strength and lean muscle. All workouts in this challenge are Diastasis Recti Safe and NO equipment needed. However, if you do want to add challenge, grab set or two of dumbbells or water bottles filled with water or sand. I use during this challenge 3 different set of dumbbells: 2.5 / 5 / 10 lbs = 1.3 / 2.2 / 4.5 kg. . Make sure you are clear by your doctor before starting this or any exercise routine. Always be mindful move at your own pace and don't do anything that feels painful or unsafe.
