Reflecting in nature at the Hill Fort

I take a walk around the village of Warham, in Norfolk and discover an Iron Age Hill Fort. A beautiful place to spend time in nature, reflecting on my journey through grief and healing in nature. I also discuss a comment which I recently received, supporting the premise that I am a "soul reflector" - what does this mean and could it be true? I then continue my walk to Stiffkey to speak about more thoughts and feelings.
