To fundamentally improve knee pain, we first build a foundation for movement starting with the hip joint, the joint above the knee. Much of knee pain is actually caused by the gluteal muscles (buttocks) being inactive, leading to inward twisting of the knee and increased stress on the joint. By gently rocking the hip joint, tension in the glutes and pelvis is released, preparing the knee for straight movement. Research has shown that hip joint dysfunction is directly linked to knee pain, making this area crucial for improvement. Let's work on improving flexibility! Hello!
