(Add fat during the clean-up step.) 3) Use a standard dough temperature of 27℃. 4) Make 12 palm leaf-shaped pieces and 9 triple leaf-shaped pieces. 5) Each person should make and use their own cinnamon sugar. 6) Submit any remaining dough after shaping separately as directed by the supervisor.
