Kisar kulit udang dengan 1 cawan air dan tapis airnya. Ketepikan. 2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar hingga terbit baunya. 3. Masukkan tauco dan kacau sebentar. 4. Masukkan air, air udang, tetel serai dan lengkuas. 5. Biarkan mendidih masukkan kacang gula dan garam. 6. Masukkan keledek dan masak hingga kuah agak pekat sikit. 7. Rebus mee kuning dan tauge sebentar. 8. Hiris daun sup, daun bawang tahu dan cili hijau . Belah dua limau kasturi dan telur rebus, 9. Bancuh bahan kerepek udang dan goreng garing. 10. Letakkan taugeh, mee di dalam mangkuk. 11. Tuang kuah mee rebus. 12. Tabor dengan bahan hiris dan bawang goreng, kerepek udang serta telur rebus dan limau kasturi. 13.
