In Hakodate and other areas, it's affectionately known as "Gokko." It may look like a mascot character, but it's incredibly delicious. It was so delicious I was overwhelmed! I'd like to share some of that excitement with you through the video! ■Ingredients ・Gokko (1 female), dashi (to taste), soy sauce (to taste), green onion (about 1 stalk), tofu (1 block) ■Directions ・Fillet the gokko ・Add the chopped green onion and tofu ・Add the egg, skin, and meat and simmer until done!
