I've been weight training since 2004. I participated in the Gym&Co Grand Prix in 2016, where I placed first and fourth in the "Beginners" and "Men's Classic" categories, respectively. More recently, I also won the Overall Men's Classic Physique title at the NPC Natural Regional competition in Issoire. 👨‍🎓👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and regularly attend seminars in France and abroad to continue learning.
