On the 22nd of last month, at the Guri Agricultural and Fisheries Wholesale Market in Gyeonggi Province, a driver felt a slight "thump" on the rear side of the vehicle while driving slowly. A review of CCTV footage revealed that a customer browsing items stepped backward and struck the rear wheel of the moving vehicle. The driver, who initially admitted to their own negligence, refused to file a personal injury claim after reviewing the footage. The insurance company also determined that the driver was not at fault. The pedestrian, who had consistently demanded a personal injury claim, could not accept this and eventually filed a police report. In a phone call with the Black TV production team, the pedestrian showed an agitated reaction, saying, "I am someone who has worked for the government for a very long time; how dare you accuse me of trying to collect insurance money?" The pedestrian's husband has even warned that he will take the accident to court to ensure a proper conclusion.
