훔친 차로 충돌 후 도주…목격자가 추격 끝에 붙잡아 [BlaccTV] / 연합뉴스 (Yonhapnews)

(Seoul = Yonhap News) A driver in his 20s who fled after causing a chain collision in the city center has been apprehended following a chase by a witness. In the early hours of June 7, a minivan that ran a red light struck a taxi in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The minivan driver drove away from the scene without taking any follow-up action. A witness who saw the situation firsthand chased the offending vehicle. During the escape, the minivan struck another taxi and a median barrier in succession, eventually crashing into the witness's vehicle that was chasing it. The minivan driver then got out of the vehicle and started running. The witness, who had become a victim, also got out of their car and chased the offending driver barehanded, eventually catching him and handing him over to the police. Police investigations confirmed that the offending driver caused the accident while driving a stolen vehicle while intoxicated to the point of license revocation.
