How to make homemade Caesar Cocktail Mix | Homemade Clamato for National Caesar Day! 🇨🇦

Want to try Canada's national cocktail? I'll show you how I make my Caesar's , from scratch! Homemade clamato juice made from my special blend of juices, spices and flavourings. Spicy, sweet and oh so Canadian, eh? :) Happy National Caesar Day! Recipe Below Saylem's Caesar Cocktail Mix 1 1.36 Litre or 48 fl ounce Can of Tomato Juice 1 Bottle Clam Juice (2 bottles for more clam flavour) The juice of one Lime 3 Tablespoons Pickle Juice (I use Dill Pickle Juice) 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup 6 Teaspoons Your favourite Hot Sauce or Tabasco Sauce 3 Cups Water 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 3 Teaspoons Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon Montreal Steak Spice 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours ( I let mine marinate for 24hrs) Strain the mixture to take out large pieces of spices. Add your spirit of choice (I use Vodka or Tequila, one shot or 1.5ounces) or simply pour over ice. Garnish with whatever inspires you. Enjoy! Refer to video to see how I make my caesar :)
