Hi Friends! This Creamy Chicken Potato Casserole is a quick, easy and delicious way to get dinner on the table in about 35 mins. If you like scalloped potatoes, you're going to love this one! Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a 9x9, or 7x11 Casserole dish add the potatoes from a box of scalloped potatoes. (Save the packet for later). Add 1 chicken bouillon cube (small) or 1/2 tsp of loose bouillon powder, and 2 cups boiling water. Cover dish with plastic wrap, set aside. In a bowl add: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup of milk the packet from the scalloped potatoes 1 T. parsley salt and pepper to taste Mix well and add: 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked chicken Pour over potatoes in casserole dish and gently stir Add french fried onions on top and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 mins.
