Golden Garlic Butter Potatoes

Add the potatoes and 1/4 tsp salt, and cook for 3–4 minutes. 2. Drain and let them cool to room temperature. Add 2 tbsp cornstarch and toss to coat evenly. 3. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the potatoes along with a small piece of butter. 4. Pan-fry until golden with lightly crispy edges. 5. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. 6. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and some black pepper. Toss to combine. 7. Add a little parsley and give it a quick mix. 8. Serve.
