Click here to buy that cake pan⬇️ https://amzn.to/4gWdM2Z The tripod I use: https://amzn.to/3VRWRox https://amzn.to/3IbJc8A Blueberry Pie Recipe Ingredients: Crumble: 125 g butter 4 dl all-purpose flour 1 dl sugar 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda For the base: 1 dl plain yogurt (or sourmilk) 1 egg Filling: 250 g blueberries 200 g quark 100 g sour cream (or plain yogurt) ¾ dl sugar 1 eggs 1 tsp vanilla sugar Instructions: 1. Melt the butter. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the melted butter. Crumble the mixture with your fingers until it’s crumbly. 2. Take one-third of the crumble and set it aside in another bowl. This portion will be used on top of the pie later. 3. Add the yogurt and egg to the remaining crumble. Mix into a dough. Don’t worry if there are a few lumps – they will disappear during baking. 4. Spread the dough in a 20 cm springform cake pan and spread the blueberries evenly on top. 5. Mix the remaining filling ingredients together. Pour the quark mixture over the blueberries. 6. Sprinkle the reserved crumble over the top.
