We cooked it with fresh chicken, vegetables, and dry fruits, using pure desi cow ghee and basmati rice, all prepared in traditional style. We also served fresh fruits like apples, black grapes, and bananas. We eat the delicious Chicken Kabsa and shared it generously with the elders at the Mental Health Trust Home in our village, spreading love, smiles, and happiness.
