Today In Our Village, We Cooked India’s Most Famous and Royal Dish — Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani 🍚🔥 For This Special Feast, We Brought a Whole Goat and Did the Complete Cutting Ourselves by Hand. We Used Premium Quality Basmati Rice to Prepare the Biryani in a Truly Traditional Style. To Make It More Authentic, We Brought 3 Traditional Degchis (Biryani Pots) Specially Used for Dum Biryani Cooking. We Freshly Ground All the Spices in a Traditional Kundi-Sota (Stone & Wooden Grinder), Chopped Fresh Vegetables, And Used Desi Ghee, Homemade Khoya, Butter, Saffron, Fresh Milk, Mint, And Coriander Leaves 🌿. Along With That, We Added Homemade Yogurt, Handmade Fried Onions (Brista), And A Variety of Whole Spices to Bring Out the Rich Royal Flavor. All 3 Degchis Were Properly Sealed Airtight with Dough and Placed on a Special Large Clay Stove Handmade by Us, Designed With 3 Openings So That All 3 Degchis Could Be Cooked Together at the Same Time 🔥 For Perfect Traditional Dum Cooking. Alongside The Biryani, We Also Prepared a Special Baby Eggplant Salan Using Fresh Eggplants, Fresh Tomatoes, And Many Different Nuts & Spices, Which Made the Mutton Biryani Taste Even More Delicious and Flavorful 😋 The Final Result Was Absolutely Amazing ❤️ We Truly Enjoyed Every Bite of This Royal Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani and Shared It Generously with The Elders at the Mental Health Trust Home in Our Village, Spreading Love, Smiles, And Happiness.
