This is tear-off bread with honey and milk. I made it easily by letting the bread maker do the first rise. The honey makes it fluffy and moist with a gentle sweetness. It's easy to shape, just roll it into balls. It's soft, so it's easy for children and the elderly to eat. It's very delicious, so I recommend it. Please try making it if you like.
