A terrible night of van life in Japan. After over a year of full time van life in Japan, we spend the night on Okinawa Honto and experience one of our worst nights of Japanese van life. We start this Okinawa travel video by taking a small Okinawa road trip before visiting the American Village which is located near US military bases on Okinawa Honto. We have spent over 365 nights in our camper van in Japan and during our van life road trip, we have experienced nothing like what happened in Okinawa! A camper van trip in Japan is a great way to see the country and get off the beaten path and and we are lucky that most days as full time van lifers in Japan are usually calm and stress-free! We have spent the last 3 months of our camper van trip in Japan exploring Okinawa, Japan's southermost prefecture and home to over 100+ beautiful topical islands.
