Crabapple Syrup 🍎 Surprisingly Useful

Crabapples are small sour apples that are high in pectin, which makes them perfect for making jelly (or Syrup). I used the syrup to make an incredible sweet & sour sauce, Italian soda, yogurt parfait and to top an apple lemon cake. Recipe: https://foragerchef.com/crab-apple-je...
