Semana 1| Recuperacion Ligamento cruzado anterior
First week of my ACL recovery. The inflammation has gone down significantly after 7 days, and the pain is almost nonexistent, only when I do the exercises. During my first visit to the physiotherapist to begin my recovery, we established the first exercises: stretching my leg as much as possible, bending it as much as possible, and moving my kneecap.
