Its ingredients evoke the rusticity of the Northeastern backlands. It's one of the most popular dishes in the various establishments that offer this product. This name derives from the way the dish is arranged for serving. The ingredients are arranged in an organized manner so they can only be mixed together when ready to eat. Each ingredient represents a typical symbol of the Northeast. The original version is made with green beans, jerked beef, cassava flour, chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, and chives.
