The swollen water is flowing at a rapid speed, and most of the exercise equipment on the walking path has been submerged. The informant reported that the situation looked serious, noting that the stream, which usually flows gently, was rising all the way up to beneath the bridge. The informant explained that vehicles eventually managed to get out of the road by driving against the flow of traffic in the right-hand lane. A similar report was received around the same time regarding a vehicle being stranded on Sincheondong-ro in Daegu. Fortunately, it has been confirmed that the person who reported the incident escaped the vehicle safely without injury. In Daegu, over 100 reports of flooding were received, concentrated mainly in Jisan-dong and Beommul-dong, where heavy rain fell in a short period of time.
