An idea for the upcoming mid-August, a good first course, to be prepared in advance and when it's time to go to the table, q5 minutes in the oven and it's ready! CANNELLONI di CRÊPES with SALMON and PRAWNS will please everyone! With a DELICATE taste and a CREAMY and MELT-IN-the-mouth consistency… goodness! This is my workhorse, they always ask me for them! If you make them like me you will see they are also simple! ‼️Tip: I used Canned Salmon, it's fine both smoked and natural it's excellent and it's particularly suitable for this preparation, but if you prefer you can use both fresh and frozen! 👉 Shrimps are fine fresh frozen ones (which I used) or pickled. (in this case well washed) 👉 If you don't want to use the Bechamel you can replace it with Salmon Cream or Salmon Cream Cheese (Philadelphia type) The crepes are easy to prepare, as usual, I lightened them!
