Sometimes losing weight isn't so difficult if you know how and understand that it takes consistency and time. Choose those that are zero carbohydrates and high in protein. 3 - Reduce carbohydrates as much as possible. No pasta, rice, pizza, etc. If you can't completely eliminate bread (like me), have a slice of whole wheat, rye, or spelt toast for breakfast, and have a very, very small slice of bread for lunch (I have a maximum of two small slices of whole wheat toast...one is better). After 6 pm, no flour or fruit (remember that they also contain sugar...even if it's healthy). 4 - No processed meats or aged cheeses. At most, turkey (check labels to make sure it's not made with flour blends, that it's real turkey) or there's also diced or shredded chicken, which is a good idea. Important: Have small treats or substitute foods on hand for when you want to snack or Eat. Dairy products have worked very well for me. Other times, I'll have a piece of fruit, for example, tangerines (bananas or grapes are better...they have a lot of sugar), coffee with milk, a handful of unsalted nuts (or very little salt...and no more than a handful a day...avoid peanuts, opt for walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or pistachios). Avoid temptations, at least for the first month. After that, you can treat yourself once in a while...but don't overdo it. Lots of exercise and movement!
