Russian Chicken - Subscriber Sunday #3 - Easy Oven Meal with only 4 Ingredients!
Russian Chicken 5 - 8 chicken breasts 1 bottle Wishbone Russian Salad Dressing 1 jar apricot preserves 1 - 2 package dry onion soup mix Preheat oven to 325°. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13“ baking dish. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the chicken breasts.  In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the Russian dressing and apricot preserves. Whisk and heat until the preserves melt and the mixture is smooth. Pour over the chicken breasts. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting the chicken every 30 minutes. Serve with rice. NOTE: After making this recipe, my opinion is that half a 15 ounce bottle of Russian dressing and half of an 18 ounce jar of apricot preserves would make an ample amount of sauce.
