20-minute Slow Flow yoga practice for strengthening the feet and legs! This is an all-levels practice that consists mostly of standing poses for the lower body and balance. You can expect to see quite many lunges and Warrior poses 😊 This is a short practice and you could combine this with other videos if you're looking for a full practice. We start and end in standing, so it would be easy to contine straight into the next flow.# I lead you through the practice without any props but if you like to use blocks in you practice, then have one or two nearby!
