Declared a World Heritage Site, "In the Nose of the Huajes" represents folklore at its finest. Our guide's must-see stops are the colorful and traditional markets, where he tries delicious dishes. It's in one of them that he meets with chef Alejandro Ruíz, a connoisseur of Oaxacan cuisine, passed down from generation to generation. His next destination is the Exconvent of Santo Domingo, one of the largest and most important viceregal buildings in Mexico. After so much walking, Bruno is hungry, so he heads to the "Yunenisa" restaurant.
