In this episode, Bruno walks through a city with 471 years of history. While strolling through the Plaza de las Armas and the kiosk, he discovers the famous El Príncipe Hereditary food stand, which is said to sell the best tortas ahogadas (dried cakes). Afterward, Bruno visits the Hospicio Cabañas, built in the 19th century to house orphaned children and now a Cultural Center, where he sees some works by the virtuoso muralist José Clemente Orozco, a native of these lands. And to try some traditional sweets and fruits, our guide visits the San Juan de Dios market; then heads to the 9 Esquinas neighborhood to visit the birriería of the same name. As evening falls, he visits the cathedral and takes a stroll through Tlaquepaque, home to internationally renowned potters.
