Good morning and welcome to 7 days of Yoga! I'm so happy you're here and doing this morning yoga challenge with me 🥰 We will be focusing on a different part of the body each day, working towards poses like the splits, king pigeon, camel pose, middle splits, and more. This is Day 1, and we are starting off with a 40 min Feel Good Flow that will give you the absolute best start to your day 🤩. We will begin by slowly waking up the body and then move into a fluid vinyasa flow with lots of fun transitions to strengthen, stretch, connect with the breath, and fully tune in with ourselves.
