7 DAYS OF YOGA | Tuesday Splits Flow | 40 min Yoga for Leg Flexibility
Good morning and welcome to 7 days of Yoga! I'm so happy you're here and doing this morning yoga challenge with me 🥰 This is Day 2, and today we are focusing fully on leg flexibility and strength! We will be doing a 40 min Vinyasa Flow that will open and warm up the legs so that we can work towards our full front split. It doesn't matter whether you are already able to do the splits or not, this class is supposed to release any tension from our hamstrings and hips and make us feel nice and open. If it is your goal to be able to do the splits, then I would recommend you to repeat this class minimum of once a week, ideally every second day.
