Ingredients and recipe: Recipe 1 Warm water 150 ml Warm milk 150 ml Dry yeast 8 g (2 teaspoons) Sugar 3 tablespoons 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder Egg 1 piece 1. Mix all the ingredients Wheat flour 700-750 g (add in parts) Melted butter 60 ml (4 tablespoons) 2. Combine all ingredients with a spatula for 2–3 minutes. 3. Place the dough on the table 4. Knead for 5–6 minutes; the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands. 5. Watch the video until the end! There will be TWO recipes here! 6. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil. 7. Place the dough in the bowl and let it rise for 50–55 minutes. 8. Cleanliness in the kitchen comes first! 9. Do you prefer washing by hand? 10. The dough has risen well; look how nice it is. 11. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. 12. Roll them into a ball. 13. Place each ball on parchment paper. 14. Cover with a towel and let stand for 10–15 minutes. 15. Flour 680-700 g (add in portions) 2. Mix well with a spatula. 3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes; it should be smooth and not stick to your hands. 4. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil. 5. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 40–45 minutes. 6. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. 7. Roll them into a ball. 8. Roll out the ball as shown in the video 9. Make cuts, repeat after me Jam 40 g (I used blueberry) 10. Spread with jam 11. Roll into a tube and seal the edges 12. Form a ring and secure it 13. Place on parchment paper for baking 14. Repeat the same process with the remaining pieces of dough. Raisins 40 g 15. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30–35 minutes. 16. The dough has risen well; how nice! Egg yolk 1 piece Milk 1 tablespoon 17. Brush 18. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 23–25 minutes. Cover with foil or parchment paper for the last 6–7 minutes. 19.
