A Taste of Rhode Island - Venda Ravioli

We're taking you into the heart of Federal Hill, Rhode Island's mecca of Italian food, history, and culture. First stop, Venda Ravioli. Ask a Rhode Islander where to go on Federal Hill and almost everyone will agree on one spot: Venda. We're take a tour of this iconic Italian marketplace and restaurant with owner Alan Constantino, to experience the many facets of Venda and learn about Italian-American food and flavors. After we'll go next door to Constantino's Venda Restaurant and Wine Bar, where chef Anthony Chiero shows us how to prepare their famous lobster ravioli, and also their succulent eggplant agnolotti with sweet Italian sausage.
