3-2-1 St. Louis Ribs That Pull Clean Off the Bone
In this video, I’m cooking St. Louis ribs on the smoker using the 3-2-1 method. We’ll go through the full process: removing the membrane, adding a binder, seasoning the ribs, smoking them, wrapping with butter, brown sugar, and apple juice, then saucing and letting them firm back up on the pit.
