Thoughts on the Elite Glute Isolator X Keiser Gym Machine
This Elite Glute Isolator X Keiser Machine is an interesting looking hip thrust / glute bridge machine and an interesting idea, essentially the goals seem to be: Remove as much quad challenge from the hip thrust exercise as possible. Have pneumatic (air pressure) based resistance to allow for more explosive movement. Some other contemplations: How much force will you be able to produce in this set up? What is the profile like? Does that rolling leg plate create discomfort? Obviously you'd need to try it out to form an opinion on whether it's good or bad and the value in it. The purpose of this video is more to show the features and potential thought process behind it. I haven't tried the machine so I can't tell you much more than this, but if you've tried the machine, let us know your thoughts in the comments. Keen to know how it felt on the glutes and the resistance curve etc. / alex.re1d If you want to check out the machine and more vids you can check out their page: https://www.elitefitnesstraining.com/...
