Sandbag Workout - FULL BODY at home HIIT
Felt ambitious early this morning so decided to grab my sand bag and do this "Punishing" circuit (pun intended). This 20 workout has it all for me...strength training, cardio, functional and stamina building hitting every body part. If you want to get in shape, lose weight and tone up FAST grab a sandbag today! If you dont have a sandbag much of this workout can also be performed with a Kettlebell. SANDBAG TOTAL BODY HIIT WORKOUT 1) Bearhug Side Lunge (Glutes/Quads/Hamstrings) 2) 1 hand shouldering (left) (Rotator cuff/Biceps/Back) 3) 1 hand shouldering (right) (Rotator cuff/Biceps/Back) 4) Reverse Lunge + Good Mornings (Hams/Quads) 5) Glute Bridge + Pullover (Core/Glutes) 6) Around the Worlds + Squat (Quads/Shoulder mobility) Perform each exercise for 40 seconds. Rest 20 seconds between each exercise. Rest 60 seconds then repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
