In today's 35 minutes of non-stop lightly weighted cardio kickboxing, we will be working for 30 seconds with a quick 10 second break. I will be using my 3lb dumbells the entire time, but you do not need dumbbells to do this workout. Get ready to have some fun, and BURN a ton of calories! I have included a warm-up and cool down in today's video, so all you need to do is grab a set of hand held dumbbells, water bottle and towel.
