Tsegay Tuemay, a 60:50 half marathoner, of McKirdy Trained does a 16.5 mile continuous marathon based workout with some steep hills. Join in to experience the workout as James McKirdy, head Coach of McKirdy Trained - one of the largest coaching companies in the world, drives alongside Tsegay and coaches him through the run. This workout takes place 8 weeks and 2 days before the Boston Marathon. The workout: 4x5k with 1.6k recovery between. A 21.5 total mileage day.
