A healthy, flavorful, and incredibly easy-to-make flourless bread. Ideal for keto, low-carb diets, and anyone who loves delicious homemade baked goods. Ingredients: ▫️ Psyllium husk - 20 g ▫️ Ground flax - 80 g ▫️ Sunflower or pumpkin seeds - 20 g ▫️ Sesame seeds - 10 g ▫️ Flax seeds - 10 g ▫️ Eggs - 4 pcs. ▫️ Boiling water - 100 ml ▫️ Baking powder - 15 g ▫️ Salt - 2 g ▫️ Olive oil - 1 tbsp. (optional) 👩🏼‍🍳 Directions: 1. Combine all dry ingredients except the baking powder. 2. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly. 3. Pour in the boiling water and mix again. 4. Finally, add the baking powder and mix thoroughly again. 5. Transfer the batter to a baking pan. 6. Optionally, add the seeds to the batter or sprinkle them on top. You can also add some of the seeds inside and reserve the rest for sprinkling. This time, I didn't add the seeds to the batter, but used them only on top. 7. Let the batter sit in the pan for 15-30 minutes to allow the psyllium and flax seeds to bloom. 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes. ⏰ Baking time will vary depending on the pan and oven. I used a glass pan, so the bread took about 50 minutes to bake. The baking time may vary slightly for metal or silicone pans, so adjust according to your oven and the bread's doneness. ✨ This makes a delicious, filling, aromatic bread with a crispy crust and excellent texture, all without flour.
