It's not exactly bread today, it's PIZZA! But I bet you love it just as much! My family absolutely loves it, especially since there's such a variety of toppings! Let's make this Italian fast food healthier by making sourdough pizza dough. In this video, I give the full recipe for making the dough. Mixed everything together, covered, and left it at room temperature for 6 hours. Next, to the already active starter (30 grams), I added 120 grams of premium wheat flour and 90 grams of water. Mixed everything again, covered, and let it sit for another 8 hours (overnight). During this time, the starter has doubled in size! In the morning, the starter is ready, ready to make the dough! For the dough: • 230 grams of active starter • 320 grams of water • 530 grams of premium wheat flour • 14 grams of salt • 30 grams of sugar or honey • 30 grams of olive oil I used premium wheat flour for this pizza, but you can use extra-virgin flour. As for the sauce, everyone makes it to their own taste. If you want to make a sauce like mine, then adjust all the ingredients to taste; I don't stick to exact grams.
