And it's a customer favorite❤️ 🔴 INGREDIENTS: 🟣 FILLING: ↪️2 cans of condensed milk (395g each) ↪️3 tablespoons of cornstarch ↪️300ml of milk ↪️200ml of coconut milk (if you don't like it, you can substitute it with regular milk) ↪️150g of shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened) ↪️1 can of heavy cream (200g) ↪️1 large pineapple ↪️1 cup of sugar 🟣 CAKE BATTER: ↪️3 Eggs ↪️1 cup of sugar (165g in grams) ↪️2 tablespoons of butter or margarine Melted coconut milk (or oil) ↪️200ml coconut milk (or carton milk) ↪️2 cups all-purpose flour ↪️1 tablespoon baking powder 🟣Size of the pan used in the recipe: ↪️20x27 and 7 cm tall (rectangular) 🟣Cup used in the recipe: ↪️240ml 🟣SYRUP FOR SOAKING THE CAKE: ↪️I used pineapple syrup (approximately 150ml) ↪️For 350ml of water 🟣But you can use any syrup of your choice 🟣FROSTING: ↪️I used 200ml of whipped cream ↪️and shredded coconut 🔴 Decoration is optional 🔴🔴 AAHHH!!
