Orienteering in Danish summer forrests - Jonstrup Vang

Welcome to summer-orienteering in Denmark. In this video you can follow me on a 4.3 km course around Jonstrup Vang north of Copenhagen. I stayed pretty much on course all around, but swayed a little off to the right before control 5 and lost 1-2 minutes before I was back on track. Danish beech-forrest become fairly dense in the summertime so even though you can run through a density 1 area (light green), you can't really see far ahead. Unfortunately I pulled a muscle between control 8 and 9 and had to walk the rest of the course. (Tracking is also sligthly off at that specific point). The next couple of weeks I'll have to refrain from running. :-(...
