Orienteering in Copenhagen: AMOK Metro Cup 2026: Stage 2: Østre Anlæg

Welcome to Copenhagens largest sprint-orienteering event: AMOK Metr-O Cup 2026. On every Tuesday in May 3-400 orienteers meet at four different venues, where they choose between courses which are 2, 3, 5 or 7 km long. There's even a parasprint-course for those in a wheelchair. You can join here: https://www.runamok.dk In this specific video you can follow me on the 3 km sprint-course in the area around "Østre Anlæg" - and for this stage it was actually the same course as the para-sprint.
