Albertville City Council 7.7.2026, Part 3 of 3
Continuation of discussion of new PUD subdivision off S Broad St and Walnut St. The closing remarks by the council members try to justify their 100% ratification of proposed 241 new homes. Apparently their comments were not “on the record” as response to any public comments. And, there was no explanation as to WHEN their decision was previously made as evidenced by Councilman Broadhurst reading his prepared closing. State law strictly prohibits discussion of city business outside disclosed public access meetings among council members.
